Structure

A limited liability partnership.

Anum Yahia LLP operates under Pakistan’s Limited Liability Partnership framework. The form is deliberate: it allows financial professionals and licensed advocates to practise in a single firm, with the duties of each discipline preserved.

The financial desk plans, computes, models, and files. The legal desk drafts, vets, represents, and litigates. Where a matter climbs from a notice to a writ, the file is handed to the professional who is entitled to appear — not stretched to fit whoever happened to open it.

What we do not do is as important as what we do. Statutory audit, reserved assurance, and licensed investment advisory are not offered. Independence, for the companies that need an auditor or a discretionary manager, is left intact.

Instructed by

Four kinds of client. One standard of file.

Founders and foreign investors

Incorporation, founders’ documents, tax registration, and the licences required to operate in Pakistan.

Growing SMEs

Secretarial retainers, commercial contracts, employment frameworks, and tax hygiene as the company scales.

Established enterprises

Governance, FBR representation, dispute resolution, restructuring, and fractional CFO leadership.

Families and private clients

Estate and succession, family-office architecture, and the research that should precede a new commitment of capital.

The edge

By combining financial expertise with active legal counsel, we ensure that your contracts protect you legally, your books stay optimised financially, and your business remains structurally sound.

Comprehensive scope

Tax, corporate law, finance, and secretarial matters managed as one file — so the contract, the return, and the resolution do not contradict each other.

Cost-effective retainers

Fractional executive support and licensed legal counsel without the overhead of a full-time in-house bench.

Absolute transparency

Clear, milestone-driven pricing. What is in scope is written down. What is not, is declined or quoted before it starts.

Method

How an instruction is taken.

  1. 01

    Confidential consultation

A structured discussion of the matter, the parties, and the outcome you need. No engagement is formed at this stage.

  2. 02

    Scope and proposal

A written proposal setting out workstreams, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Milestone-driven. No hidden extras.

  3. 03

    Engagement letter

Work begins only after both parties execute an engagement letter defining scope, conflicts, confidentiality, and billing.

  4. 04

    Delivery and reporting

Named professionals execute against the plan. You receive clear status, drafts for instruction, and a documented file.

  5. 05

    Retainer or close

Ongoing secretarial, tax, and counsel work moves to a retainer. Transactional work is closed with a complete handover.
